Dr Reddy’s receives ₹2.2 crore GST demand, may consider appeal

“The authority has passed the orders primarily on the ground that certain supplies are taxable in nature,” the Hyderabad-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

“Based on our evaluation, there is no material impact on the financials, operations, or other activities of the Company,’’ it said.

The company would evaluate filing a necessary appeal with the appellate authority in this regard, it added.
