According to the report, which asked not to be named since the information is confidential, the creator of the well-known Claude chatbot has had preliminary talks with Wall Street institutions about assuming key positions on a possible listing.
According to some of the people, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Morgan Stanley are anticipated to be considered for important positions on Anthropic and OpenAI’s lists.

Anthropic’s IPO date was previously covered by the information. The report also stated that a listing might raise over $60 billion.
The discussions are still in progress, and no decisions have been made. Anthropic, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan representatives declined to comment. Requests for responses from OpenAI and Morgan Stanley representatives were not immediately answered.
In a $30 billion fundraising round co-led by MGX that concluded in February, Anthropic was valued at $380 billion. It has alliances with Microsoft Corp., Nvidia Corp., Alphabet Inc.’s Google, and Amazon.com Inc. In deals worth tens of billions of dollars, these well-known companies have invested in the AI business and provided Anthropic with specialised chips and other technology.
