Leverage Edu, a talent mobility company, has registered a 112 per cent year-on-year rise in revenue at ₹375 crore in FY26. The company closed the year EBITDA-positive, alongside an ₹85 crore improvement in its bottom line.

With horizontal stack spanning fintech, accommodation, travel, and career support now contribute between 25 per cent and 33 per cent of total business.

Its remittance arm alone processed ₹2,000 crore in transaction value, while the accommodation vertical grew 108 per cent year-on-year.

Over the last two years, Leverage Edu has grown more than fourfold, but its cost structures have remained controlled. Spending on people and marketing has risen by only 50 per cent, while corporate overheads have increased by less than 10 per cent.

The company has added over 55,000 users during the year, taking its total customer base to over 175,000.

With a Net Promoter Score above 70 and referrals contributing over a fifth of its business, the platform is increasingly being built on trust rather than just acquisition, said the company.

The diversification reflects a deliberate attempt to own the entire student journey, from aspiration to outcomes, it said.

The company now operates across 28 countries, including 17 emerging markets where it is helping young individuals access global education and career opportunities.

In India, it has piloted 15 experience centres, with nearly half already profitable, indicating that even its offline expansion is being approached with financial prudence.

Looking ahead, the company is placing calculated bets on AI and workforce mobility. During the year, the company launched three AI-led products and expanded its Leverage Careers vertical, facilitating international placements, including healthcare professionals in markets like Germany.

Akshay Chaturvedi, founder and CEO, Leverage Edu said the focus is increasingly on enabling a seamless transition from learning to earning, tapping into what could become one of the defining global shifts over the next decade.

Profitability at scale is still rare in this category, and sustaining it while expanding across geographies and entering workforce mobility will require operational depth and regulatory navigation, he said.
