The stock of FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) has been in a steady uptrend over the past one year. Within the broad bull trend, the scrip saw a depreciation in January. However, since the beginning of February, the stock has been exhibiting a positive bias. The stock, currently trading at ₹265.50, is hovering above both 21- and 50-day moving averages, which are at ₹265 and ₹258.

The price band between these two levels is a good support. So, on the back of this, traders can go long on the stock now at ₹265 and place a stop-loss at ₹250. When the stock goes up to ₹280 and ₹290, revise the stop-loss to ₹260 and ₹275 respectively. Exit at ₹300.

RR Kabel (₹1,562.10)

Sees a fresh breakout

The stock of RR Kabel has largely been in a broad sideways trend since June last year. However, although it lacked a definite direction, the price action over the past months suggests a bullish inclination. Because the scrip has formed higher high and higher low. Last week, it breached a key resistance at ₹1,515 as the stock gained 8.3 per cent.

This shows that the bulls are gathering considerable momentum. Traders can buy the stock at ₹1,562 and accumulate at ₹1,450. Place stop-loss at ₹1,285. When the stock rises to ₹1,750, tighten the stop-loss to ₹1,600. Raise the stop-loss to ₹1,750 when the price touches ₹1,850. Exit at ₹1,950.

Welspun Corp (₹825.10)

Bullish trend reversal

The stock of Welspun Corp saw a decline in price between November and January. But it started to recover early February. The price action shows the scrip has formed a higher high and higher low. Also, the price is now above the 21- and 50-day moving averages.

Overall, the prevailing price action shows that the stock is likely to rise further from the current level, potentially to ₹950. Therefore, participants can buy the stock now at ₹825 and accumulate at ₹805. Place stop-loss at ₹765. When the stock goes up to ₹880, trail the stop-loss to ₹830. Revise the stop-loss to ₹880 when the price reaches ₹920. Book profits at ₹950.
