Mercer & Hole, a professional services firm with over 300 staff, has appointed Shaun Walker as a Director in its Restructuring & Insolvency business.
Based in the firm’s London office, Shaun Walker brings with him extensive experience across corporate recovery, insolvency and debt management. He spent more than 12 years working within a boutique insolvency practice in Guildford, which later became part of WSM. He has worked with clients across a variety of sectors, including FCA-regulated firms, construction businesses and professional service companies.
Commenting on his move, he said: “I am very pleased to join Mercer & Hole and look forward to working with a broad range of clients, including unincorporated businesses and limited companies, as well as individuals in financial distress. My focus will be on helping people and businesses who find themselves facing difficult circumstances, offering clear pathways through uncertainty.”
