HDFC AMC’s standalone PAT dipped 2% to Rs 623.29 crore in March 2026 quarter from Rs 638.73 crore in the same quarter last year.

In FY26, the profit after tax increased 16% y-o-y to Rs 2,859.36 crore from Rs 2,461.05 crore in the year-ago period.

Board recommended final dividend of Rs 54 per share.
