Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok Open Beta Set for April 24 to 27 – MonsterVine

Cygames has confirmed an open beta test for Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok, giving players a chance to try the upcoming action RPG ahead of its July 9, 2026, release. The beta will run from April 24 at 7 a.m. UTC through April 27 at 6:59 a.m. UTC on all supported platforms, with preloading opening on April 23 at 7 a.m. UTC.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok is set to launch on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.

Four Quests and a New Summons Feature

The open beta includes four playable quests. After clearing the first three, players will unlock a fourth quest called Sephira’s Sanguine Glimmer. That mission will introduce the new Summons mechanic, which lets players call in allies during battle.

The beta will also include Primal Burst, a stronger version of Full Burst that requires full party coordination to trigger. Beatrix, who appeared in the previous closed beta, will also return as a playable character.

Cygames said the open beta is meant to test network load and overall game performance, so players may encounter bugs, crashes, freezes, or connection issues while the test is live.

Online Multiplayer and Cross-Platform Play Included

The open beta will support online multiplayer and cross-platform play, giving players a chance to test the game’s cooperative systems before launch. That should give a clearer look at how Endless Ragnarok handles party-based play across its full platform lineup.

Introductory Movie and Free Anime Episodes Available Now

Alongside the beta announcement, Cygames also released a new introductory movie that connects the events of the original Granblue Fantasy to the opening of Endless Ragnarok.

To help new players catch up on the broader story, episodes 1 through 7 of Granblue Fantasy: The Animation are also free to watch on YouTube for a limited time from April 17 through July 31, 2026. Cygames is also making the Granblue Fantasy manga available for free for a limited time.
