Venus/Mars is the peak of May 18th’s influence.
Deliberate actions in the physical world proceed smoothly due to the receptivity of others and your ability to manifest what you want. Or, someone’s efforts to preserve/pursue will harmonize with what you want because they make you feel safe.
This is an aspect of peaceful gains and fertility. It may take a bit to get started (due to inertia) but you just need to make one move and everything should fall into place.
Mercury’s busy today. The sextile to Neptune offers gentle inspiration as fiery new dreams blend with sharp logic. The “impossible” is put into words and it makes sense.
But the square to the Nodes (Mercury rules the South Node) suggests old messages and fixes will trip you up if you try to apply them now. Demanding perfection will not aid in your understanding of Neptune’s magic. You’ll have to embrace a looser, unknown future (Neptune rules the North Node). Shift your logic and make room for what would normally make no sense (but now it does).
A key messenger might be part of this – they won’t stick around for long but what they communicate can flip your understanding so you choose differently from the past. They will probably be annoying or challenging and this is how they grab your attention.
If the above isn’t enough to convince you to leave old ideas behind, the trine to Pluto Rx will slide an obsessive interest into the works. The trine ensures you’ll slide quickly down the rabbit hole of news/questions and if you allow yourself to keep falling, you’ll arrive at the Pisces North Node. This is the gate to your future – something appears to be a shimmering mirage but the more you learn, the more you see that it’s real.
Pluto transforms your understanding by urging you to look beneath the facts. The fixation on a certain subject (or person!) will introduce you to news and dualities that change your perception. And this can all be hidden – internal. It’s not time to reveal anything…yet.
This vision of the future combined with Venus/Mars says it’s totally possible to manifest that yearning. Your actions can make it real and your visions are not just idle fantasies. Of course, I’m not referring to all of your visions – just the one that takes precedence around this time. You’ll know what it is – there will be an almost involuntary fixation on the subject.
