The Indian conglomerate has quietly moved into airport ground handling, adding another layer to an aviation empire that already spans airports, maintenance and aircraft assembly.

After airports, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), and aircraft assembly, Indian conglomerate Adani Group has expanded into another aviation-related business vertical: ground handling at airports. It has done this by acquiring a previously little-known ground handling company, AGHPort Services, from its parent company, Indo Thai Airport Management Services.
