Spike Chunsoft has announced its official Anime Expo 2026 panel, featuring Danganronpa creators Shohei Sakakibara and Kazutaka Kodaka, along with members of the Danganronpa 2×2 English voice cast.
The panel will take place on Friday, July 3, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. at The Diamond Ballroom in the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE.
Danganronpa Creators and Voice Cast Set to Appear
The panel will include Brian Beacock, the voice of Monokuma; Johnny Yong Bosch as Hajime Hinata; Bryce Papenbrook as Nagito Komaeda; and Christine Marie Cabanos as Chiaki Nanami.
Sakakibara and Kodaka will also hold autograph sessions on July 3 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and July 4 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the JW Marriott Gold Ballroom-G2.
Danganronpa Celebrates 15 Years
The panel will celebrate the 15th anniversary of Danganronpa, which began with Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc on PSP in Japan in 2010. The series has since surpassed 10 million copies shipped worldwide.
Spike Chunsoft will also highlight Danganronpa 2×2, which includes a new scenario based on Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. The new version keeps the same setting and cast, but introduces different victims, culprits, tricks, and events.
Steins;Gate Re:Boot Also Featured
The panel will also include a special look at Steins;Gate Re:Boot, the upcoming remake of the 2009 visual novel. The new version features rebuilt visuals and new narrative content.
Steins;Gate Re:Boot is currently in development at Mages.
