Analysys Mason has promoted Christian Fischer and Harmeet Chana to partner. Both are members of the firm’s advisory and M&A teams.
Based in Munich, Christian Fischer specialises in strategy and value creation, advising technology‑focused funds, portfolio companies and organisations transitioning to technology‑enabled business models. He has expertise in B2B strategy, business technology strategy, go‑to‑market excellence, operating models, and the application of emerging technologies to enhance performance.
“Christian’s promotion recognises his significant contribution to expanding Analysys Mason’s strategy offering and supporting clients across the full investment and transformation lifecycle,” stated Analysys Mason in a release.
Fischer joined Analysys Mason in 2024 through its acquisition of Telescope Advisory Partners, where he was head of strategy and value creation consulting.
Harmeet Chana, based in the London office, supports investors and operators across Europe, Africa and North America. He works end to end across the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity scouting and commercial due diligence to value creation and exit planning. His expertise spans the technology services sector, including IT and cloud, software, cyber security, IoT and the data centre supply chain.

Chana has been with the consulting firm since 2022, when he joined from EY-Parthenon. Before that, he held senior roles at Vodafone and British Telecom.
