Elixirr has strengthened its partner team in the UK with Chris Bannocks, who brings more than 30 years of experience to the management consultancy.
Chris has extensive experience as an executive, board chair, and advisor, gained both in industry and consulting. He previously served as Chief Data & AI Officer at QBE and as Chief Data Officer at ING, where he built enterprise data capabilities, established AI governance frameworks and delivered transformation programs that drove commercial value.
Bannocks also served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at food giant Danone, and most recently, he was a Senior Advisor at Artefact, a consulting firm specialising in data and AI.
At Elixirr, he will support the firm’s growth across data, analytics and AI capabilities. “I’m delighted to be joining Elixirr. Alongside his partner role at Elixirr, Bannocks also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Canterbury Oast Trust.

Founded in 2009, Elixirr has 14 offices across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the United States. Over the past year, the firm closed two major deals – Kvadrant Consulting in the Nordics and TRC Advisory in the US.
