
UK-headquartered event organiser RX has outsourced its end-to-end IT support to Endava. The consulting firm will now provide end-to-end IT support across the client’s operations.
The global events market includes a various variety of activities and gatherings, including conferences, gala’s, weddings, corporate events, and live shows. Having recovered rapidly since the lockdown period, the market is now worth a value of $500 billion in 2026, and may reach $922.3 billion by 2035 if it maintains a CAGR of 7.03% from 2026 to 2035.
Amid this, RX is a global leader in events and exhibitions, leveraging industry expertise, data, and technology to build businesses for individuals, communities, and organisations. With a presence in 25 countries across 41 industry sectors, RX hosts approximately 350 events annually.
To manage these events, and enable its offering to grow, the firm opted to modernise its global IT estate, with the support of consultants from Endava. Now, a multi‑year managed services partnership with RX has gone live, including end-to-end IT support across service desk, infrastructure, field services and applications management.

Since going live in December 2025, the partnership has reportedly delivered measurable improvements across RX’s global IT estate. Within weeks, 97% of service desk calls were answered within 60 seconds, supporting more than 5,800 monthly tickets per month internationally. These improvements have contributed to a positive end-user satisfaction score of 9.5/10, alongside increased confidence in the performance and consistency of RX’s IT services.
In addition, Endava and RX have established robust governance foundations, including structured service reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews, to provide transparency, accountability and a shared framework for continuous improvement. The engagement aligns with Endava’s strategic focus on long‑term, complex managed services partnerships across global enterprises, further reinforcing its presence in the events and media sector.
