Olga Gordusenko has joined Teneo as a senior managing director within its management consulting business. Based in London, she will become a key member of the Teneo’s consumer and economics practice.
Founded in 2011, Teneo is a consultancy specialising in strategic communications, investor relations, restructuring, management consulting, financial advisory, and corporate governance advisory services. With more than 1,800 employees located in over 50 offices around the world, its principal teams are based out of London, New York and Dubai.
The firm has commenced 2026 with a flurry of senior hires, as it looks to grow that reach further. Richard Williams arrived as a senior managing director in January, followed by Elisabeth Field as head of strategy and campaigning a month later.
Now, Teneo has announced the appointment of another senior managing director, in Olga Gordusenko. Joining in the firm’s management consulting business, Gordusenko is based in London, and becomes a key member of the firm’s consumer and economics practice, where she will support clients in driving growth, digital transformation and operational excellence.

Prior to her work with Teneo, Gordusenko spent more than 15 years at McKinsey & Company, progressing from associate to partner. During her tenure, she led strategy development as well as commercial and operational transformations across multiple sectors, including retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, logistics and agriculture, advising organisations around the world. Her experience also spans building scalable e-commerce platforms, developing customer-centric digital products and applying advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to optimise pricing, promotions and end-to-end operations.
