Just like movie buffs, seems like the cricketing world has also been obsessed with one of Akshaye Khanna’s viral Dhurandhar scenes in the film. At one of the events of the Mumbai Indians recently, cricketer Suryakumar Yadav made a filmy entry, enacting Akshay Khanna’s viral dance step.
“Ye Dada ka style hai, full Dhurandhar mode,” a post read on the Instagram account of the Mumbai Indians.

Ranveer Singh’s monster hit Dhurandhar: The Revenge has completed two weeks at the box office. In 14 days, the film’s domestic collections stand at Rs 920.02 crore (net) and Rs 1,101.47 crore (gross). The number of shows has decreased, but it hasn’t stopped the film from crossing Rs 900 crore in India as per Sacnilk.
On Wednesday, Dhurandhar: The Revenge minted Rs 20.10 crore in the domestic market. This pushes the second-week domestic total to Rs 245.85 crore.
In its first bumper week, Dhurandhar: The Revenge minted a whopping Rs 674.14 crore in the domestic market.
Making the most of the extended weekend, Dhurandhar: The Revenge started its box office journey with ₹102.55 crore on March 19.
The numbers were consolidated by ₹80.72 crore on March 20 and ₹113 crore on March 21.
On March 22, the film was allotted 21,633 shows in India and made ₹114.85 crore.
On March 23-the first Monday since the film’s release-the numbers dropped to ₹65 crore.
Throughout the last week, collections ranged between ₹40 crore and ₹60 crore before stepping into the weekend.
From paid previews on March 18, the film minted ₹43 crore.
