We know that a subset of the Pokémon community has some ungodly, sinful thoughts about monsters like Gardevoir and Lopunny, but we don’t talk as much about how there’s an equally degenerate side of the community that feels similarly about Machoke. It’s a fighting-type Pokémon that is literally just a guy. A big, muscly guy who happens to wear nothing but a pair of black briefs and a championship wrestler’s belt. In Pokopia, the new cozy life sim game set in the Pokémon universe, you can let this almost-human guy live with you and it’s, well, it’s reaching its natural conclusion.
Machoke’s sleeping animation is crazy. My guy is posted up like one of your French girls and lets it all hang out. The grippers are out and if he lays on the right side of a king-sized bed, the player can lay down right next to him like they’re engaged in some post-Day Care pillow talk. Luckily, there are no reports of Ditto laying any Machop eggs yet. We’re in a post-apocalyptic world and already have too many mouths to feed. The weirdly promiscuous way Machoke lays down has caught some players off guard when they load into the game and are surprised to find him already in their bed.

Sometimes players sexualize Machoke by accident, other times it’s very, very purposeful.
Y’all live your truth, I guess. I’ll continue to objectify humans like Professor Turo, Peony, and Raihan but sure, y’all can do whatever you want with the buff Pokédaddy. Just make sure he has time to help me build something later.
