Heading up the firm at this crucial time is Fernando Ventureira; an expert with more than 35 years of international experience advising CEOs and executive committees across all continents on large-scale commercial transformation programmes. This cross-border experience has seen him work fluently in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, and is proficient in German, Italian and Chinese. At the same time, Ventureira is further bolstering this knowhow by completing a PhD at the Swiss Management Center, while he already holds an MBA from Oxford, among a number of other qualifications.
At Stratence, his role combines strategic leadership of the firm with direct involvement in complex client engagements, with a clear focus on translating strategy, pricing excellence and commercial effectiveness into measurable profit-and-loss impact. As organisations face increasing market volatility, pricing pressure, regulatory complexity and fragmented decision making, “many clients struggle to translate strategy into consistent execution across regions, functions and business units, particularly as data volumes grow and commercial decisions become more complex”, according to the expert.

Having held leadership roles at firms including McKinsey & Company, PwC, and Pricing Solutions, he combines strategic depth with operational discipline.
