International advisory firm Interpath has expanded its valuation team. Joining as a managing partner, Susan Blower brings two decades of experience to the firm.
Interpath is currently undergoing a period of major change. Earlier in the year, a deal reportedly worth more than £800 million saw investors from Bridgepoint take on a majority stake in operations, as Interpath looks to ramp up its current growth track.
One area in which the firm is growing its offering is the valuations team. Blower’s arrival further strengthens Interpath’s ambitions to build a leading valuations practice in the UK and across its international network.

Blower is a valuations and quantum expert with over 20 years’ experience advising on complex business, share and intellectual property valuations across litigation, arbitration, restructuring and corporate contexts. Her background also spans valuations for financial reporting (including Purchase Price Allocations), tax-related valuations, incentive and share schemes, and portfolio valuations for fund managers.
In her work, she has held senior roles with KPMG and BDO, where she became a partner in the valuations team in 2019, before moving to Ankura in 2024.
