We arrive at the midpoint of Mercury’s retrograde – the inferior Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction can reveal the following:
Talking to yourself can expose something that helps the pieces fall into place. In the Sun/Mercury cycle this is a beginning – what you learn will set you off on a new course, even though Mercury’s Rx continues until March 20th. You’re not pulling out the clean slate just yet, but you are adjusting your course to flow with a different current- you should feel a growing sense of clarity as you proceed through the second half of Mercury Rx.
This may still be a silent time. Or, you might be ready to put the secret/inner message into words and just come out with it. Go with whatever feels right.
Venus conjunct Neptune (ruler of Pisces) continues the theme of flow and intuition with a fresh, beautiful dream. This could be what Sun/Mercury Rx reveals – a new attraction, creative passion or urge for an ultimate ideal of happiness/freedom. Aries makes it urgent and unrefined. Neptune whispers this could be the one.
And yet…this is only the beginning. We’re still in the midst of Mercury Rx so more will be revealed, hearts and minds and plans will shift. Neptune promises the heightened, unconditional and almost untouchable – right now you’re reaching for the heavens and that pure passion (for a person or vision) will fuel you but at some point you’ll have to ground this in reality. What you’re drawn to (or what you’ve attracted) is valid but it’s not the full story. Believe in what’s happening but be prepared to do the work and deal with the limits (which you’ll encounter very soon when Venus conjoins Saturn on March 8th).
And remember- Neptune/Pisces are transpersonal. It’s never just about you- the art, the source of joy, the giving will all transcend your immediate wants.
