Shares surge on heavy volume. Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS) shares jumped 14.4% to $110.32 on March 11, adding $3.5 billion to the company’s market capitalization, which now stands at $27.9 billion. The Communication Services company saw its stock price climb sharply in a session marked by significantly elevated trading activity.

Catalyst. The stock rally comes after chip giant Nvidia announced it will invest $2 billion in Nebius Group. Nebius recently reported a wider net loss and strong revenue growth for the fourth quarter of FY25.
