New Delhi: In a move aimed at improving healthcare access in underserved regions, an Integrated Rural Medical Centre (IRMC) has been launched at Sakhinetipalli (Andhra Pradesh). The centre is part of an initiative led by DoctorsPlus in collaboration with Ayuna Ayurveda and QuickVitals.

The facility aims to integrate ayurveda, modern allopathic medicine and AI-powered health monitoring technologies, creating a single platform designed to improve healthcare access for rural communities.

The IRMC has been designed as a central healthcare hub for surrounding villages, particularly for communities that often lack access to general physicians and specialist consultations. By integrating multiple systems of medicine and technology-driven monitoring tools, the centre aims to provide affordable, preventive and continuous healthcare services.

The initiative has deployed QuickVitals, an AI-powered health monitoring application that enables real-time health tracking and early detection of potential medical conditions.

The centre will also support teleconsultations and specialist connectivity, allowing rural patients to access doctors located in other regions. Additionally, it promotes holistic wellness approaches through Ayurvedic formulations developed under the Ayuna platform.

Speaking at the inauguration, Harish Reddy Bisam, Founder, Bisam Group of Companies, said, “The initiative aims to bridge the healthcare gap between urban and rural India by combining technology, traditional knowledge and modern medicine. This Integrated Rural Medical Centre is not just a facility—it represents a movement towards accessible and preventive healthcare for villages.”

Following the launch in AP, the organisation plans to expand the IRMC model to other regions, including upcoming centres in Addakal and Kemkaran village near the India–Pakistan border in Punjab.

The expansion aims to further strengthen healthcare access for rural populations and promote technology-enabled integrated care models across India’s underserved regions.
