Supply chain and operations consultancy FourCentric has expanded its transformation capacity in the health and care space, with the purchase of Clarity Consulting. According to a release from the firms, the deal will enable FourCentric to better “support organisations operating in complex, resource-constrained environments.”
“We’re pleased to welcome CCAL to the group,” said Simon Terry, group CEO of FourCentric. “Their expertise and way of working complement our existing capabilities and strengthen how we support healthcare sector clients in delivering meaningful outcomes.”
Since its inception in 2020, FourCentric’s group has grown steadily, equipping businesses with tailored solutions that optimise performance, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making. Backed with private equity funding, this has seen FourCentric build up a portfolio of collective expertise via deals with 4C Associates, Ebit, Anvil Analytical, Procure4, Henkan, and Progressio – adding Evolve Commercial late in 2025.
The group’s first deal of 2026 sees Clarity Consulting join the FourCentric group as its eighth company, bringing its total headcount to more than 200 staff. The UK-based consultancy specialising in health and care transformation will bring “complementary strength in leadership and system-level transformation” alongside FourCentric’s existing commercial and operational capabilities, the acquiring firm added.
Clarity Consulting works with NHS organisations, local government, private and charitable sector organisations to tackle complex challenges, improve value for money and deliver sustainable, system-wide change. Its approach focuses on working alongside client teams to build capability and deliver lasting outcomes, rather than simply providing recommendations – and the firm hopes that joining FourCentric will also bring new opportunities to reach clients across the care sector, following a fruitful period of informal partnership between the two.
Partner Andrew Moore concluded, “Having worked in partnership with FourCentric over the past three years, this is a natural next step. Together, we can combine Clarity Consulting’s expertise in health and care transformation with FourCentric’s commercial and operational strength to deliver greater impact, particularly on larger, more complex and multinational programmes.”
