PMC Treasury, a specialist treasury advisory firm with four offices worldwide, has appointed industry veteran Paul deCrane as Global Head of its Treasury Solutions practice.
Paul DeCrane brings more than 35 years of experience to the role, with deep expertise in treasury, risk management and finance. He has held several senior treasury leadership positions, including practitioner roles at JPMorgan and ING, as well as advisory leadership roles at EY and Zanders.
Most recently at Zanders, DeCrane served as the firm’s Americas Practice Leader. Prior to that, he led EY’s Treasury and Commodities Services practice globally. At the Big Four firm, he played a key role in building its US treasury business from a boutique operation generating $2 million in revenue to $20 million domestically and up to $70 million globally.
At PMC Treasury, DeCrane will draw on his track record of building and scaling treasury teams to support the growth ambition of the UK-headquartered consulting firm. Founded in 1989, PMC Treasury is an independent treasury and risk management consultancy serving corporates, private equity and infrastructure funds. The firm operates from London, New York, Singapore and Madrid.
The Treasury Solutions practice he will lead is one of the firm’s four core practices, alongside Market Risk Management, Fund-Level Risk Management, and Hedge Accounting & Valuations.
