D’Astous has not played since Game 1, when he was injured after being hit by two Canadiens forwards at the same time. Jake Evans caught D’Astous from the front, while Josh Anderson came flying in with a big hit from behind in the second period of that contest.
He eventually got to his feet but needed assistance from teammates to get off the ice.
The 27-year-old had six goals and 23 assists in 70 games for the Lightning in the regular season.
Meanwhile, forward Brandon Hagel is good to go after missing practice on Tuesday, per Cooper.
The Lightning and Canadiens have won two games apiece in their first-round matchup. Game 6 is set for Friday, while Game 7 would take place Sunday if necessary.
