Grove Street Games has announced BeastLink, a new multiplayer kaiju destruction sandbox coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The game is the studio’s first new IP in over a decade and is set to launch into Early Access this summer.
The first closed beta weekend begins on May 8, and Steam playtest sign-ups are now available.
Hunt Monsters, Then Become One
BeastLink places players in large urban environments under attack by kaiju. Matches begin from a human perspective, with players moving on foot or in vehicles while fighting enemies, avoiding destruction, and gathering resources.
Those resources are used to establish a BeastLink with sleeping kaiju. Once linked, players take control of a monster and shift from tactical survival to large-scale destruction and monster combat.

Full-Scale City Destruction
Built in Unreal Engine 5, BeastLink uses Grove Street’s SuperDestruction system, which allows players to reshape the map as both humans and kaiju. The system includes more than 250,000 destructible objects and tens of millions of individual pieces, letting players tear through buildings and turn city blocks into rubble.

Four Launch Kaiju Confirmed
The game will include four launch kaiju: Horned Lizard, Bull Shark, Vampire Bat, and Mandrill. Each creature has its own playstyle, ranging from brute force to speed, aerial attacks, and other combat options.
BeastLink enters Early Access this summer on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
