Tom Andrews has joined Elixirr as a partner, bringing more than 25 years of experience to the firm. He will now work with clients to navigate complexity, define clear strategic direction and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Speaking on his new role, Andrews commented, “I’m excited to be joining Elixirr at a time when many organisations are looking for sharper, faster ways to accelerate growth. Elixirr is a global challenger consultancy. Headquartered in the UK, it works with clients across a diverse range of industries, markets and geographies. It was founded in 2009 by Stephen Newton, Graham Busby, Andy Curtis, Mark Goodyear and Ian Ferguson – and recently announced a string of partner appointments.
Arriving as the latest of these, Andrews joins from Antarro – an independent consultancy he launched – where he was advising CEOs on strategy, growth and commercial optimisation. Prior to this, he was managing director of enterprise solutions at Parcel2Go, being responsible for the B2B business, and leading growth across white label, small business shipping and fulfilment solutions.
From these roles, Andrews draws on expertise spanning corporate strategy, digital transformation, platform business models and commercial growth. According to a release from Elixirr, he is subsequently “known for aligning organisations around a clear vision, developing practical value creation plans and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.”
Andrews added, “I’m looking forward to working with leadership teams to shape practical strategies, align organisations behind them and deliver measurable, sustainable results.”
