Avencera, an international consulting firm headquartered in London, has appointed Cliff Graham as the company’s inaugural Director of Growth.
Formerly known as MH&A, Avencera is a consulting firm that specialises in business transformation, innovation, data and artificial intelligence, and learning support to clients in government, education, health and social care, and enterprise. The firm’s 30 staff operate across hubs in London, New York, and Mumbai.
In his new role, Graham will lead the company’s growth strategy, expanding its footprint in key markets and growing its portfolio of clients and offerings in a rapidly changing environment. He will also lead the growth of A Works, the firm’s subsidiary focused on AI solutions development.

Graham joins Avencera from Maximus, where he served as Board Member and Senior Vice President of Commercial, leading growth and commercial strategy across the business. Earlier in his career he held leadership roles in sales, product development, account leadership and bid management at companies including Serco, CGI and Agilisys.
He has extensive experience across government and public services, focusing on commercials and business development, as well as on the delivery of complex, tech-enabled digital programmes and outsourcing engagements.
