Consultancies with 2 or more experts listed in the Lexology report
Global platform Lexology has released its latest Construction Report, recognising the world’s leading dispute resolution experts in the construction sector. Meet the consultancies that dominate the list.
Published annually, the Lexology benchmark identifies the top 5% of practitioners worldwide in construction disputes, expert witness work and litigation.
This year, nearly 2,000 practitioners from around the globe were recognised in the Construction Report, of whom around 550 work in the consulting sector, with the remainder practising in law firms. Experts are ranked across four categories: Global Elite Thought Leaders – the industry’s highest distinction – followed by Thought Leaders, Highly Recommended and Recommended practitioners.
Analysis by Consultancy.org shows that these top-ranked consultants are spread across 112 firms, although a handful of global players continue to dominate the rankings.
HKA, a UK-headquartered global consultancy, once again tops the list, securing the number one position for the ninth consecutive year with 92 experts recognised. Of these, seven were named Global Elite Thought Leaders.
Commenting on the recognition, Renny Borhan, Chief Executive Officer of HKA, said: “Being number one for the ninth consecutive year is a powerful endorsement of the depth, quality and consistency of our expertise worldwide. Congratulations to all our experts featured for this well-deserved recognition.”
Secretariat ranks second with 56 experts recognised, followed closely by Ankura (39) and FTI Consulting (38). Kroll (25) and J.S. Held (22) also have more than 20 experts featured in the rankings.
Rounding out the top 10 are Berkeley Research Group and Delta Consulting Group, each with 19 recognised practitioners, followed by Diales (14) and Accuracy (13).
The next tier of firms includes gb2 (10), SOCOTEC Advisory (9), Alvarez & Marsal (8), The Vertex Companies (8), Masin (7), Yendall Hunter (7), Exponent (6), FenwayX (6), Rimkus (6), TBH (6) and Tudor Rose Consultancy (6).
