4C Associates has promoted three directors, as the firm looks to build future leadership from within. Katy Gallagher, Andrew Davidson and Joe Gibson have been named associate partner.
Jeremy Smith, managing director of 4C Associates, said, “These promotions are a genuine celebration of our internal talent and the future leadership of 4C. Katy, Andrew and Joe each represent what we stand for: deep expertise, authentic client partnerships and a commitment to creating lasting value. Promoting from within is something we are proud of, and these appointments are a reflection of both our growth as a firm and the calibre of the people who make it possible.”
Part of the FourCentric Group, 4C is a specialist commercial, supply chain and operations consultancy. The promotions reflect 4C’s commitment to internal appointments, with all three individuals having progressed through the firm – bringing deep sector expertise, and strong client relationships as a result.
Katy Gallagher is promoted to associate partner, while continuing in her role as head of consumer products at 4C. An experienced programme lead with deep expertise in procurement and operating model transformation, she is recognised as a sector leader in consumer products, bringing a distinctive passion for breaking down organisational silos and translating strategic ambition into practical, value-driven change.
Andrew Davidson is recognised as a leader in the retail industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex cost-reduction and supply chain programmes across the UK and Europe. With over 15 years in consultancy, his experience spans direct and indirect procurement, and he has worked with stakeholders from the boardroom to the shopfloor. He also continues to lead the management and growth of 4C’s nearshore capability in Romania – a key strategic investment as the firm continues to scale.
Joe Gibson is promoted to associate partner in recognition of his leadership of 4C’s Source-to-Pay digital practice. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS) and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), he has been recognised in the Supply Chain 40 Under 40. As 4C continues to grow, Gibson is leading the firm’s digital procurement capability and partnerships, building a team that CPOs actively request by name.
