Atos brings together consulting business under Atos Amplify brand

Global IT services company Atos has brought together its consulting capabilities under a new brand – Atos Amplify. At launch, the business comprises around 800 consultants across Europe.

Previously operating under the broader Atos brand, the Paris-listed group has now chosen to position its consulting activities as a distinct business unit and market-facing brand. Teams that previously sat within the internal consulting and advisory division have been brought together under Atos Amplify, with the new brand formally launching last month.

“We’re starting a new chapter for our consulting business,” said Annabelle Tricard, Global Lead of Atos Amplify. “With Atos Amplify, we’re building a consulting powerhouse that helps organisations achieve lasting operational excellence through AI-powered consulting and deep technology expertise.”

In unveiling the new brand, Atos said the name ‘Amplify’ reflects its ambition to accelerate and elevate the strategic goals and results of its clients. Central to its delivery model – which the firm describes as ‘Amplified Business Outcomes’ – are several guiding principles, including a client-first mindset, outcome-focused services, and a collaborative approach.

The brand also reflects the firm’s AI-first operating model, with artificial intelligence sitting at the core of both its internal consulting delivery and client solutions. “Our people, our processes, our ways of working, our assets and our governance models are powered by AI, with defined guardrails to ensure its responsible and ethical use. We call this ‘AI Amplified Human Experience’,” explained Tricard.

Offerings

Atos Amplify launches with a broad portfolio of services spanning business transformation, data and artificial intelligence, technology and cloud transformation, and change management.

On the firm’s AI proposition, Tricard said: “In an increasingly complex and uncertain environment, fully harnessing the power of AI is no longer optional. It has become a strategic imperative – not only to stay ahead of technological change, but also to build a more resilient and sovereign future for European businesses. Our services support clients end-to-end, from identifying AI use cases through to scaling solutions and embedding the technology across the organisation.”

The transformation unit meanwhile supports clients across the full spectrum of strategic, business and technology change. This includes IT advisory, operating model redesign, technology modernisation, innovation and process excellence, among other areas.

“We empower our clients to embrace a digital future that goes beyond technology – delivering measurable value and operational efficiency that drives ROI and long-term impact,” Tricard added. “Above all, our approach is rooted in strong human values. Technology only delivers real impact when it serves people, empowers organisations and supports sustainable, responsible growth.”

For large-scale transformation programmes that require deep technical expertise, Atos Amplify can also draw on the wider capabilities of the Atos group, including more than 50,000 technologists. “The advanced technological capabilities of Atos position us among the few consulting firms able to combine deep business and industry insight with AI-driven innovation.”

Back to the future-proof

Headquartered in Paris, Atos Amplify operates from offices across Europe. The business is led by a six-person leadership team: Annabelle Tricard (Global Lead), Lisanne Strasmann (BeLux, Netherlands and Nordics), Norbert Faure (France), Harry Müller (Germany), Liliana Sierra (Iberia), and Chris Cahill (United Kingdom).

Interestingly, the launch of Atos Amplify sees Atos return to the days when it operated a solo-brand for its consulting activities. Following the 2002 acquisition of KPMG Consulting in several markets – including the UK and the Netherlands – Atos operated its advisory services for many years under the Atos Consulting brand.

Atos Consulting grew into one of the leading names in the industry in the markets where it operated, but was subsequently retired in the early 2020s as part of an internal regrouping.

Today, Atos operates with three primary brands: Atos for its technology services business, Eviden for technology products, and Atos Amplify for consulting. The group employs more than 60,000 people worldwide and generates annual revenues of around €8 billion.
