International professional services firm Elixirr has welcomed two partners in its technology and AI capabilities. Adam Hofmann and Sam Alexander will work within the partnership to help Elixirr pursue its global growth and innovation goals.
Adam Hofmann brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business and artificial intelligence. Having arrived at Elixirr’s AI capability in 2023, following the successful acquisition of Responsum, he has since partnered with global executives to define and execute AI transformation strategies.
Hofmann had co-founded Responsum, and served as its chief AI platform and customer officer. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across growth, product and innovation at organisations including Singularity University, and began his career in consulting at Deloitte.
As a partner, he will continue to use this expertise to help build Elixirr’s AI capability, and accelerate AI adoption among its clients.
Speaking via a LinkedIn post, Hofmann remarked, “I’ll always consider myself an entrepreneur. Which is exactly why being promoted to partner at Elixirr feels like a fit and not a compromise. This is a firm of self-described entrepreneurs who challenge the status quo and genuinely try to do things differently.”
Sam Alexander meanwhile brings over 20 years of experience in technology consulting and engineering. He also joined Elixirr Digital (formerly iOLAP) in 2023, arriving as a principal, where he has played a key role in delivering complex client engagements.
Prior to this, Alexander was director and chief technology officer at Anagram Consulting, leading technology programmes across both public and private sector clients – and also spent over eight years at Infosys Lodestone. In this capacity, he became known for helping organisations accelerate growth by integrating emerging technologies into traditional enterprise IT landscapes.
As a partner, Sam will continue to support clients in navigating increasingly complex technology landscapes, delivering scalable solutions that drive lasting impact.
Alexander said of his appointment in a post on LinkedIn, “Delighted to join the group, it’s a high bar indeed and an amazing opportunity.”
