Specialist change management consultancy Nine Feet Tall has opened a new workspace at Runway East Bath, marking a new chapter as the business continues to grow. Headquartered in Bath, the team also works flexibly in London and across the UK.
Runway East Bath’s general manager, Alex Salzedo, remarked, “We are thrilled to officially welcome Nine Feet Tall to Runway East. Their team has already brought a fantastic dynamic to the space, and their presence, marked by their signature bright orange offices, is a wonderful addition to our community. Founded in 2004, Nine Feet Tall has grown steadily over the past few years and now employs a team of 50 people. In 2024, Nine Feet Tall joined the Talan Group, broadening the solutions the firm offers for clients’ digital transformation problems.
The years since have seen the business continue to scale. As the team found it needed a workspace that better reflects how it works today – balancing flexibility with opportunities to come together in person – Nine Feet Tall determined the time was right for a new office.
Dave Durrant, managing partner at Nine Feet Tall, said, “Having new offices within Runway East gives us the flexibility we need, alongside a brilliant environment for collaboration and connection. We have supported a number of clients with their own office moves over the years and we are excited that it is our turn to enjoy this exciting operational change now.”
The move sees the team take two offices within Runway East, creating a flexible and collaborative base designed to support its expanding team and evolving ways of working. The new setup includes 22 dedicated desks across the two offices, alongside access to a range of shared breakout areas and communal spaces. The offices will also be ‘distinctly Nine Feet Tall’, with the team putting their own stamp on the space.
According to a release from the firm, the new Bath headquarters reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in its people and culture, with a workspace designed to support both individual focus and team collaboration as the business continues to scale. While Nine Feet Tall continues to embrace hybrid working, the new base will play a key role in bringing the team together, including its regular monthly ‘all team’ day, where colleagues come together from across the business.
