Consulting Professionals has joined IT services provider Hexaware. The deal sees the firms create a combined headcount of more than 450 staff.
With more than 420 UK staff, Hexaware is a global technology and business process services company. The firm works with clients to realise digital transformation at scale and speed by partnering with them to build, transform, run, and optimize their technology and business processes.
Hexaware recently posted 11.6% growth in Europe, and as the firm looks to reinforce its position as an AI and cloud transformation partner across the region, it has added Consulting Professionals to its offering.
Parameshwaran Iyer, country head for the UK and Ireland at Hexaware, said, “Our customers are increasingly looking for partners who bring trusted advisory and execution excellence. CP brings a strong consulting capability which aligns with our purpose of creating smiles by delivering business value.”
Primarily based in the UK and the United Arab Emirates, CP is a specialist technology consulting and professional services firm, covering regulatory compliance, technology infrastructure, governance and risk, and business transformation to clients.
CP deepens Hexaware’s capabilities as an AI and cloud transformation partner, with its advisory maturity and interconnected local and global delivery models. Together, the companies hope to drive significant market expansion and diversification across large enterprise accounts. The transaction is expected to close within two weeks.
