K3 Advisory Group has merged three of its businesses in the M&A space to form K3 Deal Advisory, a new firm with more than 40 advisers across offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham.
The move brings together KBS Corporate Finance, Knight Corporate Finance and the corporate finance practice of Quantuma into a unified mid-market deal advisory business.
KBS Corporate Finance has been a core part of K3 Advisory Group’s corporate finance offering for more than a decade. Knight Corporate Finance joined the group following its acquisition in 2021, while Quantuma became part of the group one year earlier.
Operating as K3 Deal Advisory, the combined team will provide a full range of M&A and deal advisory services to entrepreneurs, investors and corporates pursuing growth, investment and exit strategies. Over the past 12 months, the team has completed more than 50 mid-market transactions across a broad range of sectors.

K3 Deal Advisory will be led by Adam Zoldan, David Gardner, Ian Barton and Paul Billingham.

Completing the integration
The launch also marks the final stage of Quantuma’s rebranding. Earlier this month, two of Quantuma’s business units became part of KR8 Advisory, with the transfer of its corporate finance practice to K3 Deal Advisory now rounding off that process.
K3 Advisory Group employs more than 1,200 professionals across 25 offices in the UK and overseas, making it one of the country’s largest professional services groups. The business is backed by private equity.
