Great Place To Work has named Nous Group as one of the UK’s best workplaces. Ranked in the top 100 medium-sized organisations, the firm’s commendation is based on a staff survey.
To qualify as a great workplace, companies need to score highly on topics including company culture, reward and recognition, wellbeing and people development, quality of leadership, diversity and inclusion, and more. The group used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.

Founded in Australia, Nous Group is an international management consultancy with a broad consulting portfolio spanning from strategy and design through to transformational change. The firm has over 650 people in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Nous Group has had a presence in the UK for more than a decade, growing in that time to a team of 50.
In the Great Place to Work survey, the firm enjoyed an 86% response rate, with 93% of those forms agreeing that Nous Group is a great employer – leading to an overall score in the survey well above the certification benchmark, at 89%.
According to a release from the researchers, the accolade acknowledges Nous Group’s long-standing commitment to building an extraordinary workplace culture.
Some of the standout features of the company’s culture include a shared bonus structure, in which all team members can opt to receive the same percentage of income as a bonus each financial year, reinforcing a strong focus on collective success.
Another key element is its global collaboration network, which enables many UK-based employees to work closely with colleagues from other offices, build deep international relationships and gain valuable cross-geography insights to support their client work.
