On March 17, CBRE Investment Management announced the final close of its Asia Pacific (Apac) value-add real estate fund, Asia Value Partners 7 (AVP 7). The fund closed with equity commitments of $1.865 billion, which exceeded its initial fundraising target of $1.5 billion.
