Srinagar, June 8: The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Jammu & Kashmir is primarily determined by state-run oil marketing companies and is revised on a monthly basis in line with fluctuations in global crude oil prices.

Experts note that any increase in international crude oil rates generally results in higher LPG prices, while a decline in crude prices can lead to reduced cooking gas costs for consumers
